What Do You Do When Your Kid Comes Home Talking about 'Good' & 'Bad' Foods?

Some of you may have seen my Instagram stories from last week, but in case you missed it, here’s what happened. While A and I were having dinner one night last week, they told me that cucumber was ‘good’ because it makes you strong. He also told me that carrots go *IN* your eyes. And that crisps were ‘bad’ and you shouldn’t eat too many.
Suffice to say I was inundated with messages from followers sharing stories of their kids coming home talking about ‘healthy’ and ‘unhealthy’ foods, how terrible cake is, and asking how many spoons of sugar are in everything they eat.

Look, we all know this is coming sooner-or-later, but it’s still a punch in the face when it does. So how do you handle it? Do you demand a meeting with their teacher?
